BTW, if you're a serious cook, check this place out.  I've gotten dried mushrooms that are simply awesome, a couple of types of dried chilis, and some of the best and freshest vanilla beans EVER.  The Tahitian vanilla was heady and fruity, and nothing like those beans you get in the market.  Nothing.  Yeah, you get a lot, so just cook a lot or find some friends to split the batch.  Totally worth it for the quality!
