I won't always track exercise calories, as I'm not shooting for a specific caloric deficit. But, sometimes, I'm curious and stick it in. Usually if it's something "extra".
I lift 4-5 times per week and do very little cardio. 20 minutes per day, max, after lifting. Only 1-2 times per week. I hope to do some walks or hikes on the weekends, when I can.
