Refeed!

Two planned meals. I feel so guilty. Sooo good, though.

Black and white cookie

Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Special K with dried strawberries
Milk
Yogurt
Steak

Bed

Sand Challenge in the morning. Woo hoo! I'm jazzed.
