A weekend in Portland...

Deschutes Brewery Gluten-free Beer

At the end of July, Galya and I are heading up to Portland to attend and talk diet and nutrition at Chris Bathke's Elemental Fitness Clinic. The event is going to be held at Chris's new gym, Elemental Fitness Lab, which looks like an amazing place! I can't wait to see it, train in it, and feel the pangs of leaving it.

It should be a great weekend, starting off with the EFL Grand Opening on Friday night, the Clinic on Saturday, all sandwiched by Oregon's Brewers Festival! I think I need to be gluten free all the way from now til then, just in case one slips by me!

I'm looking forward to this like nobody's business...
